**Service Charge**
A 20% gratuity will be added to all food and beverages served inside the theater and bar. The entirety of this gratuity is distributed to our staff in the form of wages and commissions. If you have any questions about the service charge or have comments or concerns about your experience, please let us know.
**Seating**
The Can Can has an intimate theater space with family style seating. VIP and Preferred ticket holders are encourage to arrive 30-45 minutes prior to showtime to being their dining experience. Seating is pre-assigned and based on ticket tier and party size.
Seating begins 45 minutes prior to showtime.
**Late arrivals**
Due to the nature of our performance, latecomers will be escorted to the most accessible seats at the most appropriate moment. Unclaimed tickets will be released 5 minutes after showtime to stand-by patrons. If you are aware of tardiness, please contact us as soon as possible so we may make arrangements to accommodate your party.
